There haven't been a lot of positive words to be said around here about Men in Black III. It's hard to get excited about the third chapter of a mediocre sci-fi/comedy franchise that shot its last wad more than a decade ago. Based on the footage we've seen, not much has changed, which I guess is precisely what Will Smith, Tommy Lee Jones, and Barry Sonnenfeld want. The only hint on inspiration comes in Josh Brolin's dead on perfect impersonation of Jones's cowboy drawl, playing a younger version of his Agent K character.
After a number of badly photoshopped posters for the film, finally we get one that's kinda cool. Even though Will Smith looks like he's promoting the latest thrillride at Universal Studios, it does at highlight one of the best aspects of the franchise, which are the wild gadgets and vehicles at the disposal of the Men in Black team. Presumably, he'll use this in his trip back through time to rescue a younger version of his partner, who has been wiped out from history by a alien enemy. Emma Thompson, Alice Eve, Bill Hader(as Andy Warhol!), and Jemaine Clement co-star.
