The Expendables 2: Real American Heroes panel is set for Thursday afternoon at Comic-Con, and it might be the highlight of the first full day's events. Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger together in one place? Hell yeah! Oh...and Terry Crews will be there? With Jean Claude Van Damme, Dolph Lundgren, and Randy Couture? Is that too much testosterone for even the mighty Hall H to handle?
As if that wasn't awesome enough, the LA Times has revealed this great new grindhouse style poster for The Expendables 2, with Lionsgate offering it to fans while supplies last. The original oil on canvas piece was used to produce 250 limited edition copies, which will be signed by the cast and distributed at the event. Signed in body oil and sweat, no doubt.
Along with those headed for Comic-Con, The Expendables 2 also stars Chuck Norris, Bruce Willis, Liam Hemsworth, Jason Statham, and Jet Li. The team gets back together for what should have been an easy assignment, but things go awry when one of their own is brutally murdered. Simon West is directing the film which is set to hit theaters on August 17th.
