Fresh off this weekend's first look reveal of the new Robocop suit, Cine 1 says they have a new teaser poster for the film, which seems to confirm the cyborg's updated look. I'm reluctant to confirm if this is genuine or not, as Cine 1 are the same folks who gave us that admittedly awesome Transformers 4 promo image that I still can't confirm was real. Whatever the case, I dig the image and the "We've Got the Future Under Control" tagline works to emphasize the totalitarian atmosphere.
Opening on August 9th, Robocop is directed by Jose Padilha and stars Joel Kinnaman, Gary Oldman, Abbie Cornish, Samuel L. Jackson, Michael Keaton, Jennifer Ehle, Jay Baruchel, Michael K. Williams, Jackie Earle Haley, and Marianne Jean-Baptiste.
