Elodie Yung joins Evan Rachel Wood in '10 Things I Hate About Life'

After a little bit of confusion, we now know that Gil Junger's 10 Things I Hate About Life isn't really a sequel to his 10 Things I Hate About You, which is good to know since this one deals with suicide. Not the most cheery of subjects. Evan Rachel Wood recently signed to star, replacing the previously attached Hayley Atwell, and now we know at least one more member of the cast.

Up 'n coming French actress Elodie Yung has signed on for the film, described as a romantic comedy dealing with two people who meet while attempting to commit suicide, and embark upon a relationship that gives their lives new meaning. Junger will write and direct, keeping alive that cash cow he's been banking on for years. Hey, that's what he said, not me.

Yung has been on a roll, first coming to my attention(for obvious reasons!) in Luc Besson's District 13: Ultimatum, then making her big breakout as Miriam Wu in David Fincher's The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. She'll be reprising the role when the sequel finally gets moving, but before that we'll see her as Jinx in G.I. Joe: Retaliation.[Deadline]
