Lust. Bullshit. Sex. Heartbreak. Tits. Revenge. Love. Loss. Fear. All of these things comprise the sum total of A Glimpse Inside the Mind of Charles Swan III, the new oddball retro comedy from Roman Coppola. Or at least that's what the pop art-infused intro by Charlie Sheen tells us to expect.
Set in the 1970s, the film follows successful graphics designer and ladies man Charles Swan(Sheen), whose life is thrown into disarray when his girlfriend Ivana(Katheryn Winnick) dumps him. Jason Schwartzman, who also appears in the brief trailer, plays his best friend while Bill Murray is his manager, both trying to teach Swan how to move on without her. From everything we've seen this looks like one crazy fever dream of a film, which should be a lot of fun with that cast.
A Glimpse Inside the Mind of Charles Swan III is now available on VOD, then hitting theaters on February 8th. Expect a review soon.
