Amy Adams Doesn't Want a Love Triangle in 'Batman vs. Superman'

Now that Gal Gadot is confirmed for Batman vs. Superman, will it be Lois Lane vs. Wonder Woman for the heart of the Man of Steel? In the current run of DC Comics, Superman and Wonder Woman are a super-powered romantic couple and there's always a chance the films go in the same direction. One person who wouldn't be in favor of that is Amy Adams, who plays Lois Lane and would be tossed in the middle of a love triangle she probably wouldn't win.  In a conversation with Superhero Hype she commented on what the addition of Wonder Woman could mean....

Adams: "Am I interested? I don’t know. I mean, we’ll see. I hope that I can be involved with a woman on screen where we’re not in a love triangle. That would be fun. Maybe where we team up together and we work as teammates instead of adversaries."

Some rumors have Wonder Woman debuting on the arm of Bruce Wayne, which has to drive some crazy that much of the conversation has been about which guy she'll be with.  David Goyer and Zack Snyder could go any number of ways with this, but in the end Adams probably doesn't have anything to fear. If the plan is to give Wonder Woman her own solo franchise at some point then latching her to another hero probably wouldn't work, although I would expect Lois Lane to be a little bit worried about having a tall, sexy, and extremely powerful Amazon princess hanging around.
