New Trailer for IFC Midnight's 'Almost Human'

Probably not the wises course of action for IFC Midnight to keep the title Almost Human for their upcoming John Carpenter-style horror flick. Not that there's any similarity between the film and Fox's hit TV series, but any confusion isn't going to help such a small indie production. A trailer for the alien slasher flick has been released, which centers on New Englander Mark Fisher, who was abducted by aliens two years ago and now is back committing a string of grisly murders. Writer/director Joe Begos premiered the film last fall in Toronto where it was warmly received by the genre enthusiasts.

Almost Human will be available in theaters and VOD on February 21st.
