First Look at Jaimie Alexander as Sif in 'Agents of SHIELD'

Marvel's Agents of SHIELD has already had one sort of crossover with Thor: The Dark World, back during the November sweeps. It was pretty underwhelming, and only served to get fans screaming for more superheroes having more of an impact when they appear. And so they'll get another one next month in yet another tie-in with Thor when Jaimie Alexander guest stars as Sif.

TV Guide has revealed the first look at Sif on the season's 15th episode titled 'Yes Men', and she seems to have found her way onto the Bus where good ol' Lola is parked. Not that the team could have stopped her if they wanted to. Exec-producer Jed Whedon had this to say about the Asgardian's appearance....

"We always have our radar up for ways to tie our series into the Marvel films and bringing in an Asgardian really cements that connection. Lady Sif comes here on a hunting mission — sent by Odin — to find her arch-enemy Lorelei and bring her back to Asgard. It throws our agents for a loop when they find themselves in a fight right alongside this powerful woman from Thor's world."

The 'Yes Men' episode of Agents of SHIELD airs March 11th at 8pm EST.
