Two New Clips from 'Neighbors' Starring Zac Efron and Seth Rogen

The early word on Neighbors coming out of SXSW is that it may be one of the funniest comedies of the year and an R-rated smash for Seth Rogen and Zac Efron. It's a combination that always held a lot of promise, and the trailers we've seen have been wild, showing an antagonistic and sharply funny side of Efron we haven't seen before. It also looks like a serious step up for Nicholas Stoller, who last directed the disappointing Five-Year Engagement.

Two more clips show the first meeting between the boring couple played by Rogen and Rose Byrne, and the rowdy frat boys next door, led by Efron and Dave Franco. It's an awkward introduction to say the least, but at least there's a pretty good Game of Thrones reference thrown in. The next clip shows how attempts to smooth out the tension at a De Niro-themed party don't exactly go as planned.

Neighbors hits theaters on May 9th.
