After the long wait for 20th Century Fox to green light a Deadpool film, Ryan Reynolds is stopping at nothing to make sure people know about it. He's keeping the Merc-with-a-Mouth relevant through a series of hilarious set photos and promo shots, including a great Mother's Day image over the weekend. Now he's back with another one, only this photo is considerably more action-packed.
Deadpool is seen leaping over a bullet-riddled vehicle in a shot that seems to have been taken from the leaked test footage from last year. Honestly, who cares? This is a pretty freakin' cool photo and shows the mindset of director Tim Miller. Deadpool is a funny and chaotic character in just about every way; his film should be exactly the same. Maybe they should let Reynolds write all of his gags because he's definitely got the tone right if his caption is any indication.

What I'm curious about now is the presence of Colossus, the steel-skinned X-Man. He's expected to be part of the story for some reason and I'm dying to know how he fits in and who will play him. Deadpool opens February 12th 2016 co-starring Morena Baccarin, Gina Carano, TJ Miller, Brianna Hildebrand, and Ed Skrein.
