It looks like the aliens in Roland Emmerich's Independence Day 2 are no longer content with blowing up the White House. Collider managed to snag an image of the film's promotional art at the Licensing Expo in Las Vegas, and it shows the entire planet under assault. They sure they don't want Will Smith to return? He might be able to help with something like this.
The film will star Jeff Goldblum, Vivica A. Fox, Brent Spiner, Judd Hirsch, and Bill Pullman will reprise their roles, joined by new additions Liam Hemsworth, Jessie Usher, Maika Monroe, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Joey King, Chin Han, William Fichtner, and Sela Ward with a plot ripped straight out of Robotech...
