Whether Mahershala Ali's Remy Danton character appears in the fourth season of Netflix's House of Cards is still unknown, but the actor won't be leaving the streaming service any time soon. Ali has joined Marvel's upcoming Luke Cage series, taking on the villain role of Cornell "Cottonmouth" Stokes.
Ali has been keeping busy, recently playing the role of Boggs in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay and the upcoming sequel. He's just the latest in a string of recent additions to Luke Cage, joining Theo Ross as the villain Shades, Simone Missick as Misty Knight, Rosario Dawson reprising her Claire Temple role from Daredevil, and Alfred Woodard as Minetta, a powerful political figure. Cottonmouth is a Harlem nightclub owner whose criminal activities make him Cage's enemy.
