Bradley Cooper Lends His Voice to 'A Dog's Purpose'

Looks like Bradley Cooper has really taken to voice acting after Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy. Only now he won't be giving voice to the gun-toting Rocket Raccoon, but another furry friend in a totally different kind of movie.

According to THR, Cooper has signed on to A Dog's Purpose, voicing the inner dialogue of the story's canine. Cooper joins Britt Robertson and Dennis Quaid in Lasse Hallstrom's adaptation of W. Bruce Cameron's best-selling book. The story, which is bound to cause a few tears because dog movies always do, centers on a short-lived mutt that is constantly reincarnated to help enrich the lives of whoever his owners are, all the while hoping to be reunited with his original owner and best friend. Yep, bring on the waterworks. And if it's a hit, Cameron already wrote a sequel so there's franchise potential.

Filming is already underway on this one. Cooper will be seen and heart next in the culinary drama, Burnt.
