Genesis Rodriguez Is An 'International Assassin', Chris Cooper Joins 'Live By Night', 'Bourne 5' Adds Scott Shepherd

Kevin James' upcoming Netflix comedy The True Memoirs of an International Assassin has added Genesis Rodriguez (Casa de mi Padre) to the cast. James plays an accountant and would-be novelist whose book is published as a true story, convincing others that he is a renowned killer-for-hire. Rodriguez plays a DEA agent who teams up with him when her cover is blown. Jeff Wadlow (Kick-Ass 2) is directing from Jeff Morris' screenplay which ended up on the Black List. Look for the film to hit Netflix in 2016.

Ben Affleck's forever-delayed adaptation of Live By Night finally gets rolling next month, and he's rounding out the cast with Chris Cooper, who he worked with on The Town. The Oscar-winner joins Affleck, Sienna Miller, Zoe Saldana, Elle Fanning, and Chris Messina in the Prohibition-era drama that follows organized crime in Boston.  Cooper plays a Florida sheriff who has an encounter with Affleck's character, Joe Coughlin.
