Woodley stars alongside Theo James, Miles Teller, Ansel Elgort, Zoe Kravitz, Octavia Spencer, Naomi Watts, and more in the third film based on Veronica Roth's popular book series. Like pretty much every YA franchise this one has been split into two parts, with Ascendant the concluding chapter. Here's the official synopsis, which finds Tris and Four going beyond the city walls for the first time:
"The third installment of the blockbuster Divergent series franchise, ALLEGIANT takes Tris [Shailene Woodley] and Four [Theo James] into a new world, far more dangerous than ever before. After the earth-shattering revelations of INSURGENT, Tris must escape with Four and go beyond the wall enclosing Chicago.
