The last time we had a teaser for Danny Boyle's Trainspotting sequel, unfortunately titled T2: Trainspotting, it was too early for any new footage. But that's not the case any longer, and in this latest tease we see all of the original cast, back and 20 years older.
Renton (Ewan McGregor), Spud (Ewen Bremner), Sick Boy (Jonny Lee Miller) and Begbie (Robert Carlyle) are back by the railroad tracks, ready for whatever the future brings them. And apparently, the 1996 gang still has that "Lust for Life", thank to Lou Reed's song being used once again.
There isn't much going on here but if you're a fan of the original movie like many are, this should get you pretty nostalgic. T2: Trainspotting (is Arnold Schwarzenegger around somewhere??) opens stateside in limited release on February 3rd 2017, followed by a wider rollout a week later.
