Y'know, one of the worst things about Comic-Con is the food. Nachos, hot dogs, pizza...that's pretty much what you've got. But at least they aren't running around trying to save themselves from being eaten like in Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg's raunchy animated comedy, Sausage Fest, which just debuted a new red band trailer at the event.
Featuring the voices of Rogen, Kristen Wiig, Jonah Hill, Bill Hader, Michael Cera, James Franco, Danny McBride, Craig Robinson, Paul Rudd, Nick Kroll, David Krumholtz, Edward Norton, and Salma Hayek, all the usual suspects, the crazy concept has grocery store food discovering what it means to actually be bought and taken home. While they originally thought it meant going to some great nirvana, obviously that's not the case. It means time for grubbin', and they are the grubbees.
Directed by Conrad Vernon and Greg Tiernan, Sausage Party opens August 12th.
