It’s hard to imagine that we’re already almost finished with the first season of HBO’s Westworld. It seemed like yesterday, the show was having production problems, delays, and all sorts of other problems which would have doomed any other TV show. However, the show took it’s time, layered a complicated world (with probably complicated timelines), full of mystery, intrigue, sex, and violence. Recently, there have been some major reveals on the last few episodes confirming a bunch of fan theories including what happened to the mysterious Arnold character as well as who some of the hidden Hosts are.
Next week marks the end of the first season of the show. Don’t worry, it’s been picked up for a second season and HBO is so gung-hop about producing it that we might even see the second season next year. Next week, the season finale “The Bicameral Mind” will run for an hour and a half (instead of the usual hour timeframe) and promises to not leave us on a cliffhanger. Hopefully, we’ll find out who the Man In Black really is. HBO has released a trailer for the season finale:
