The 'Workaholics' Crew Light 'em Up In Teaser For Netflix's 'Game Over, Man'

Judging Netflix's original movies by the amount of buzz they have isn't always the wisest course of action. While movies like Beasts of No Nation (can we get this on Blu-Ray please??) and I Don't Feel At Home in this World Anymore lived up to the hype, others, like Sand Castle or The Discovery...well, not so much. Meanwhile, some of the smaller movies nobody talks about, like Deidra & Laney Rob a Train or Adam Leon's Tramps are better than one would think. Where exactly Game, Over Man will ultimately fall we won't know until next year, but it's got the talent to be hella fun, especially if you love video games.

Starring the Workaholics cast of Adam DeVine, Anders Holm (also the writer), and Blake Anderson, with Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg producing, this wild farce centers on three best friends and wannabe video game creators who must become heroes themselves to save their celebrity backer. This teaser isn't about any of that, though, it's basically an introduction to the lead trio and their brand of silliness. Appropriately enough, it doesn't always hit the mark, but this still looks like one Netflix movie worth keeping an eye on.

Directed by Kyle Newacheck, Game Over, Man hits Netflix on April 20th 2018.
