Are you ready for yet another attempt to update William Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet? Me neither, but at least this one, titled Die in a Gunfight, will star Josh Hutcherson and Kaya Scodelario as the doomed romantic duo.
Hutcherson and Scodelario, the leads of their own separate YA franchises (The Hunger Games and The Maze Runner), will star in the high-octane action romance from director Collin Schiffli, who was a festival darling back in 2014 for his SXSW award-winner, Animals. Olivia Munn and Helen Hunt are also in the film which follows Ben (Hutcherson) and Mary (Scodelario) who fight to save their love in a world of corporate espionage, revenge, and a long-standing feud between their warring families.
Filming begins next month, with Ant-Man & the Wasp writers Andrew Barrer and Gabriel Ferrari having penned the script.
