When it comes to Star Wars: The Last Jedi, only a couple of moments of new footage is worth talking about. A new international trailer has arrived, and it features new looks at C-3PO and Rey (Daisy Ridley), one who is better than ever and the other in desperate need of help.
The golden droid is now without the red arm he was sporting in The Force Awakens, and appears to be back to normal. Sad, I kinda dug him that way. What's most interesting is Rey and her pleas for help, which she's hopefully directing at Luke Skywalker and not someone from the Dark Side...although, to be honest, it's kinda up in the air. I continue to think Rey ends up a villain by the time this whole thing is over, while Kylo Ren finds the redemption he so murderously denied in the previous movie.
Star Wars: The Last Jedi opens December 15th. Can it just get here already?
