He'll be taking over the role of Corin, formerly occupied by Mickey Rourke, who left the project to head up Tarsem's War of the Gods. Also joining the cast is Said Taghmaoui, who most will recognize as Breaker from GI Joe: The Rise of Cobra
. You'll also recognize him as the token Iraqi extremist in any number of films(Vantage Point
, Traitor
), but my favorite performance of his was in the 2002 Nick Nolte crime caper, The Good Thief
. Good on them for adding Perlman, but I still think this Conan project looks dead on arrival. I don't like Jason Mamoa in the title role, and even though casting Rachel Nichols gives me something to drool over, I'm not particularly fond of Marcus Nispel as a director.
