Look familiar? Sorta has a pulpy Grindhouse feel to it, doesn't it? Hmmmm. The question is whether or not this is even real. It sorta popped up outta nowhere. Peter Sciretta over at Slashfilm speculated that it could be a means of promoting Aaron Burns'(visual effects artist for Robert Rodriguez's Planet Terror
I think it's a pretty good guess, but based on what I've heard of Blacktino I'm hoping Citizen Jane is a separate project altogether. Plus I really want to see Rodriguez become the flagbearer for female action heroes. She's been great for years, but always as part of a larger ensemble. Let's see what she can do on her own.
