I'm not gonna knock Justin Bieber fans. So what if the kid looks like a 13 year old lesbian chick? So what if his voice(to me anyway) sounds like a cat being run through a pasta maker? He's got a lot of little girls(and some disturbing older chicks) swooning. When this concert film was first announced there was a lot of chuckling over the idea that it would chronicle Bieber's hard knock rise to stardom. Judging by the trailer, that idea is still in full effect but this is very clearly a concert movie first and foremost. Directed by John Chu, who directed the last two Step Up flicks, this sorta looks like the making of one of those movies. If Brianna Evigan were to show up there'd be atleast a ghost of a chance that I'd see this. Without her? Fugheddaboutit.
