Pixar's "It Gets Better" video message

We all love Pixar for their fantastic animated features, but now there's another reason to hold them in the highest esteem. The studio's employees banded together to release the latest video in the popular "It Gets Better" campaign, designed to encourage struggling homosexual youths who may be dealing with bullying issues and possibly contemplating suicide. Cool move, Pixar.
