A couple of quick casting notes for two big time flicks...
* Jamie Chung(
Sorority Row
) has joined the cast of
The Hangover 2. She'll be playing the wife of Stu(Ed Helms) in the Todd Phillips directed sequel. Whether or not her character marries Stu before the film or if he gets hitched to her in a drunken stupor like last time remains to be seen. Jamie Chung is awesome, by the way. She can most recently be seen in Judd Apatow's summer dud,
Grown Ups
. She'll also be featured in Zack Snyder's all-girl action romp,
Sucker Punch.
* James Nesbitt(
Bloody Sunday
) and unknown actor Adam Brown will be donning a pair of dwarven feet for Peter Jackson's
The Hobbit. Nesbitt will be Bofur, a "forthright" dwarf who joins Bilbo's quest. Brown will be Ori, probably best recognized as the final scribe of the dwarven Book of Mazarbel. The book was discovered by Frodo and the rest of the fellowship in the cave just before being attacked by a wave of orcs.
