From the makers of Despicable Me. Apparently that's all you really need to know about Hop, the upcoming comedy starring James Marsden and featuring the voice of Russell Brand(Mr. Katy Perry). By "makers" of Despicable Me, they mean that it's from Illumination Entertainment, but the live action/CGI flick is actually directed by Tim Hill, who directed Alvin and the Chipmunks. As much as I want to bash him for that it went on to make something like a gazillion dollars, so I've got no place to talk.
