My anticipation for
Source Code, Duncan Jones' follow-up to
Moon, has reached a fever pitch. Fortunately, Summit Entertainment seem to be more than willing to feed me enough images and trailers to tide me over until the film's April 1st release. They've dropped the first official one-sheet for the sci-fi actioner, and even though it's a pretty simple construction I like it. You can bet that a couple of those flashback scenes falling all around Jake Gyllenhaal are going to be integral. Check out the poster below, followed by the film's synopsis!
When soldier Captain Colter Stevens (Jake Gyllenhaal) wakes up in the body of an unknown man, he discovers he’s part of a mission to find the bomber of a Chicago commuter train. In an assignment unlike any he’s ever known, he learns he’s part of a government experiment called the “Source Code,” a computer program that enables him to cross over into another man's identity in the last 8 minutes of his life.
Jake Gyllenhaal, Michelle Monaghan, Vera Farmiga & Jeffrey Wright
Directed by Duncan Jones, Written by Billy Ray & Ben Ripley
