I've been pretty critical of the job Warner Brothers has done in marketing
Green Lantern. The first trailer we received was horrible, and then they remained all but silent for what seemed like forever. It was as if they were trying to figure out how best to approach the character, who can alternate between super cool and pretty silly pretty easily. WB eventually admitted the trailer stunk, and then provided us with
a few minutes of footage that has left me feeling good about the film's prospects.
Clearly, however, someone at WB still thinks there's an issue because they've released a handful of full body still photos of Ryan Reynolds in the GL suit. Why? I got no idea, but they look hella cheesy and reek of desperation. The images come courtesy of
