I mark out just a little bit extra the more I see of Jon Favreau's Cowboys & Aliens. The high-concept mish mash of genres Western and sci-fi was the brainchild of comic book writers Scott Mitchell Rosenberg, Fred Van Lente, and Andrew Foley, who drew it up with the plan to have it made into a movie. They obviously got their wish, and they have to be ecstatic over the talent involved. This is the most extensive look at the film we've had so far, and I think it looks like a wild ride. Daniel Craig is the mysterious stranger in an old West town with no memory of who he is. He soon finds himself on the run from the town sheriff(Harrison Ford), but when the town is attacked by an invading alien force, the townspeople must band together to fight back. Cowboys & Aliens is due to hit theaters on July 29th. Check out the trailer below!
