Wow this was a tough one. My opinion will likely change if you asked me tomorrow but right now Superbad
is at the top of my list. I saw this movie three our four times in theaters and to this day I still laugh at all the same stuff. Raunchy sex comedies rarely work as good coming of age flicks, but I think Superbad manages to pull it off. All the sweetness is buried beneath a mountain of dick jokes, but they're there. It's in the bond between best friends Evan(Michael Cera) and Seth(Jonah Hill), two guys who have been in eachother's lives so long they literally can't function without the other. What the film turns out to be really about is the two of them learning to cope on their own, to be unafraid of what the future holds. But before you get to all that serious stuff, you're also treated to the greatest supporting character in comedy history: Fogell aka McLovin. Bask in his greatness. Chicka chicka yeah!
