Is there anything cooler than that classic Mission: Impossible
theme? Turns out there is, and that's the Mission: Impossible theme set against Brad Bird's Mission: Impossible-Ghost Protocol. Tom Cruise returns as special agent Ethan Hunt, along with a couple of his old running buddies in Ving Rhames and a surprisingly tough looking Simon Pegg. Looks like Pegg brought his Hot Fuzz
swagger with him. Jeremy Renner, Josh Holloway(Lost
), and Paula Patton(Idlewild
) have chosen to accept this mission as well. Anil Kapoor(Slumdog Millionaire
), Michael Nyqvist(The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo
), Lea Seydoux(Midnight in Paris
), and Vladimir Mashkov(15 Minutes
) look to be on the side of evil, although since this is Mission: Impossible I'd expect a betrayal or two. Tom Wilkinson appears to be a likely candidate. After the French version of the trailer was leaked a couple of days ago, now you can check out the full American version. Enjoy.
