Back in June of last year we first learned of Marvel's plans to release a number of short films, self contained stories that could bridge the gaps between the big flicks, or give a little added context. The first of these is going to be included in the Thor
DVD/Blu-Ray due out on September 13th. The film is titled The Consultant, and featured SHIELD agent Coulson(Clark Gregg) discussing General Thunderbolt Ross(William Hurt played him in The Incredible Hulk
). Check out a brief clip from it below...This clip doesn't say much, and I'm not convinced it adds anything to the wider Marvel cinematic world. I'd be much happier seeing these shorts used to introduce us to characters we may see in the near future, like Dr. Strange, Power Man, or Iron Fist, or whatever.
