director Juan Carlos Fresnadillo to helm the project, based on the latest draft of the script by Melissa Rosenberg(Twilight). Fresnadillo makes for an interesting second choice, a director I keep expecting to jump into elite status. That may still happen, as he's got the reboot of The Crow 
on the way at some point. He's also got Intruders, the ghost flick starring Clive Owen right around the corner. It's premiering at the Toronto International Film Festival later today, I believe.
