Joss Whedon completes "secret" filming of Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing

Last night, Nathan Fillion, adored by geeks everywhere for his starring role in Joss Whedon's Firefly and Serenity, tweeted a link to a site, muchadothemovie.com. When clicked, it takes you to this image...

So what the hell is it? Well, all Fillion would say is that it's "Very. Very real." The cast list reads like who's who of past Whedon productions, everything from Buffy to Dollhouse. Is this an adaptation of William Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing? The Wrap says it is, with Whedon having adapted, wrote, cast, and directed the film himself. I'm just curious how he was able to do it completely in secret, as there's been no word on this film at all by anybody. Nor is there any distribution, but with Whedon's muscle and the powerful cast I don't think that'll be a problem.
