When it was announced a couple weeks ago that WWE Studios and 20th Century Fox would be pairing up for a remake of the 1993 cult horror, Leprechaun, we speculated that pint-sized WWE superstar Hornswoggle would feature in some way. It wasn't much of a leap, really. Turns out that was right, as he revealed during the Wrestlemania Axxess event his involvement in Leprechaun: Origins. He would then tweet a confirmation....
The #swogglesecret that I've been hinting at all week is that in March 2013 I will be starring in Leprechaun:Origins by WWE Studios!!!
When Hornswoggle first made his appearance on WWE TV back in 2006, he wasn't expected to be around long. He's since gone on to be one of the more popular stars on the roster, used mainly as comic relief. Or, when Vince is pissed at the talent and wants to humble them a little bit, they get sent out to be embarrassed by Hornswoggle for a few weeks.
