Even though we think we know all the details about Looper, Rian Johnson(Brick) has actually done one hell of a job keeping his twisty time travel film mostly under wraps. We've seen some photos, including a cool shot of Joseph Gordon-Levitt transformed into a younger version of Bruce Willis, and now you can get an even better look at it through this cool new poster. Feast on it until the trailer arrives later this week! Oops, sorry, that's just me salivating all over the keyboard.
Setting itself apart through the mirroring images alone, you can also see what appears to be the two characters separated by some sort of dissolving energy or possibly an explosion. Perhaps an after effect of the time travel mechanism which fuels the plot? Gordon-Levitt plays a "looper, which is basically a hitman who wacks victims sent back in time by a mafia outfit set in the future. He's thrown for a loop himself when he discovers that his next target is an older version of himself. Emily Blunt, Jeff Daniels, and Paul Dano co-star.
