You'd think it'd be a pretty simple thing to not want to piss off a giant, intelligent, super-strong dude like The Lizard(Rhys Ifans), but apparently that's a lesson learned too late by Dr. Ratha(Irrfan Khan) in The Amazing Spider-Man. At least that's the impression I get from these new official stills, which look to have been taken from the trailer due to be released later today. The one thing that gets me amped up for The Lizard's appearance? He's still rockin' the lab coat. I always loved that part of the character, that even as he's so transformed into this hideous creature, he still tries to hold on to that one part of himself that is uniquely human.
The Amazing Spider-Man is set to open on July 3rd. We'll have that trailer as soon as it hits the web!
