1st look at Clint Eastwood in 'Trouble with the Curve'

I almost forgot this movie was coming out, seeing as how we've heard practically from Trouble with the Curve in months. The baseball drama stars Clint Eastwood in a rare appearance in front of the camera, as an aging baseball scout who is losing his eyesight. Getting pushed out of the league by a team eager for new blood, he goes on one last scouting trip along with his daughter, played by Amy Adams.

EW has released the first images from the film, which also features Justin Timberlake, John Goodman, Mathew Lillard, and Clint's son, Scott Eastwood. This'll be the first time in twenty years that Clint Eastwood is acting in a film he didn't direct, but he's doing his friend Robert Larenz a major solid by starring in his directorial debut. Trouble with the Curve hits theaters on September 28th.
