New Dwarf-filled poster for 'The Hobbit', plus 1st look at Evangeline Lilly as Tauriel

Warner Bros. may have slowed down a little after all the Tolkien Week festivities of last week, but they aren't done by a long shot in promoting The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey. Because obviously nobody has heard of the film yet, they've released yet another poster, this one featuring all of Bilbo's dwarf colleagues on his quest to defeat the dragon Smaug.

It's a pretty nifty one-sheet, which plays off the dwarves varying personalities, most of which are comical in some sense. That is except for the grim-faced Thorin Oakenshield(Richard Armitage), glowering in the middle. The other dwarves are played by Aidan Turner, Graham McTavish, Ken Stott, Dean O'Gorman, Mark Hadlow, Jed Brophy, Adam Brown, John Callen, Peter Hambleton, William Kircher, James Nesbitt, and Stephen Hunter.

Via the vast amounts of 'Hobbit' merchandise floating around out there, we're also getting our first look at Evangeline Lilly(Lost) as Tauriel, a new character not part of J.R.R. Tolkien's universe. Tauriel is a warrior elf and the head of the elven army.

The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey opens on December 14th.
