The Punch Drunk Interview with Pasha Roberts, director of 'Silver Circle'

How does one make a libertarian-themed action film work for more than just the most diehard Ron Paul supporters? Pasha Roberts, director of the new animated espionage film Silver Circle, hopes he's cracked the code. The story, dreamed up in the wake of the housing crash, positions the Federal Reserve as the despotic enemy, while a rebel faction fights back by creating their own unit of money similar to the gold standard. All ideas that are popular amongst Libertarians, but could find difficulty breaking through into Hollywood.

Roberts was kind of enough to join me to talk about the four years he spent developing the film; how he came up with its unique look, and his plans to broaden the Silver Circle audience.
