Two Fresh Clips from '47 Ronin'!

Ronin: A Samurai without a master. 

Just getting that out of the way, I'm sure the definition is known to most by now. We have two new clips for you today from the upcoming Keanu Reeves flick, 47 Ronin, a movie about 47 Samurai out to avenge the death of their Master at the hands of an evil Shogun. The story is actually based on a very old Japanese tale that has been adapted to pretty much every type of media, it's kind of like the Japanese Romeo and Juliet in terms of how many different mediums have relayed the story. Now it's Keanu's turn!

I had kind of hoped for a more realistic setting than they have apparently chosen. I'll reserve judgement until I see the whole thing but there's always a certain look or feel to movies that will end up not being very good, think about the first time you saw the trailer for The Last Airbender, you hadn't seen the movie but you were pretty sure it wasn't going to jive with a large percentage of viewers. Now, I'm not saying this is going to be Airbender bad but it certainly won't be the memorable tale I was hoping for. That being said, the clips below show some really cool visuals that show us the movie will be a treat for the eyes if nothing else.
