Now that we know exactly when we'll have a chance to experience Lars von Trier's two-part cinematic orgy known as Nymphomaniac, Magnolia Pictures has followed up the announcement with a pair of new posters. Neither features any characters....at least none that are human, but chances are these two items will figure into the twisted sexual odyssey von Trier has cooked up. The whip is pretty obvious, and likely will be used by Jamie Bell as he exerts his dominance over Charlotte Gainsbourg's character, Joe. But the other one, resembling a rather nasty fish hook, could end up somewhere that I don't even want to consider.
Nymphomaniac Part 1 hits VOD March 6th 2014 followed in theaters March 21st 2014, while Nymphomaniac Part 2 will be available on VOD April 3rd 2014, then in theaters April 18th 2014.
