Justin Long was interviewed by Long Island Newsday, and when asked about future projects, he strangely replied...
"Yeah, the one where a man turns into a war horse. It's called "Tusk." Johnny Depp is in that one. I'm working on something coming up later."
Right. Except it's a walrus, not a "war horse". The guy dresses as a walrus. A simple mistake like that is enough to suggest the reporter may have screwed something else up. But other sites, including The Wrap and Slashfilm are also saying Depp is in the film as French-Canadian investigator Guy Lapointe, who is on the case of a man forced by his roommate to wear a walrus costume. Genesis Rodriguez, Michael Parks, and Haley Joel Osment co-star.
With or without Depp, Tusk promises to be one of the weirder films due out this year.
