How many sequels can Hollywood possibly fit into 2015? It seems like every week there's at least one more, but later this year we'll actually see one franchise come to a close (maybe...) with The Hunger Games: Mockingjay part 2. A few days ago Lionsgate released a poster teasing the crumbling of President Snow's empire, and now Jennifer Lawrence has debuted the first image of the rebellion in action.
The image shows Katniss leading an attack alongside Finnick Odair (Sam Claflin), Messalla (Evan Ross), and Gale Hawthorne (Liam Hemsworth). Lawrence revealed the image on her Facebook page where she also teased the date "6.9.15", but doesn't give any info on what fans should be expecting. Perhaps a new trailer?

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2 now brings the franchise to its powerful fourth chapter in which Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) now fully realizes the stakes are no longer just for survival -- they are for the future. With the nation of Panem in a full scale war, Katniss confronts President Snow (Donald Sutherland) in the final showdown.
