Go Back in Time with the New Trailer for Pixar's 'The Good Dinosaur'

Pixar has had no shortage of problems with The Good Dinosaur, poised to be their second film this year after the massive success of Inside Out.  The film's original director was removed due to creative differences, replaced by Peter Sohn who seemingly got things back on the right track. But that led to a turnover on the voice front, as well, which is why the prior trailer featured absolutely no dialogue at all. Well, that's no longer the case, and the full trailer has been released that reflects all of the changes which have been made.

Featuring the voices of Raymond Ochoa, Jeffrey Wright, Steve Zahn, AJ Buckley, Anna Paquin, Sam Elliott, Frances McDormand, Marcus Scribner, and Jack Bright, The Good Dinosaur images that the dinosaurs never went extinct. Instead, they came to evolve just as humans did. This particular story follows one dinosaur who becomes unlikely friends with a neanderthal child. While there's still a bare minimum of speech heard in this footage, it does offer a listen at Of Monsters and Men's song for the film, "Crystals". Here's the official synopsis:

"The Good Dinosaur" asks the question: What if the asteroid that forever changed life on Earth missed the planet completely and giant dinosaurs never became extinct?  Pixar Animation Studios takes you on an epic journey into the world of dinosaurs where an Apatosaurus named Arlo (voice of Raymond Ochoa) makes an unlikely human friend. While traveling through a harsh and mysterious landscape, Arlo learns the power of confronting his fears and discovers what he is truly capable of.

The Good Dinosaur opens November 25th.
