It's the summertime and that means heat, amusement parks, family road trips, and bathing in raw sewage. Maybe not that last one, unless your last name is Griswold and you're a family of morons with a history of bad vacations. The Griswolds are passing the bad luck down to a new generation with Warner Bros.' Vacation, with the latest red band trailer showing how crude their adventure will get.
Ed Helms plays the grown-up son Rusty Griswold who hopes to take his family on a memorable trip to Wally World, just like the one he went on as a kid. Unfortunately, it's too much like the trip he went on previously, as every sort of disaster befalls them. Leslie Mann plays his sister, Audrey, with Chris Hemsworth as her husband and Christina Applegate as Rusty's wife. Plus, Chevy Chase and Beverly D'Angelo reprise their roles from the original movies.
Vacation hits theaters on July 29th, opposite Mission: Impossible-Rogue Nation. Yikes. Which one will you be seeing?
