Voyage to Neverland in the New Trailer for Joe Wright's 'Pan'

Despite some production issues and a delay that moved the film from this summer to next October, Joe Wright's Pan clearly has the confidence of Warner Bros. That's why they made the Peter Pan origin story part of their major presentation at Comic-Con last week, debuting a gorgeous new trailer with the most revealing look yet at the magic of Neverland.

That trailer has now been released online, and it features giant man-eating alligators, aerial ship warfare, and a look at the early friendship between Peter Pan (Levi Miller) and Hook (Garrett Hedlund). That's right, they weren't always deadly enemies but something changed between them and chances are it has to do with the vicious pirate Blackbeard, played by Hugh Jackman. 

Also starring Amanda Seyfried, Rooney Mara, and Adeel Akhtar, Pan opens on October 9th.
