Naomi Watts Opens the 'Book of Henry'; Blake Lively goes 'In the Deep'

Jurassic World director Colin Trevorrow is setting up his follow-up, Book of Henry, and not surprisingly it's one of the hottest projects in Hollywood even though the plot remains a mystery. The film is already attracting top tier talent as Naomi Watts is coming aboard to star. Novelist Gregg Hurwitz wrote the screenplay, with filming set to begin in September. [Variety]

Described as 127 Hours meets Jaws meets Gravity, Jaume Collet-Serra's recently-announced shark thriller In the Deep requires a lead actress who can command the screen. It's a role that will find the star in every single scene, and if that's the case then Collet-Serra could do worse than Blake Lively. Lively, who recently captivated audiences in The Age of Adaline, is in talks to star in the movie a woman trapped on a buoy yards offshore from an isolated beach, with a great white shark the only thing between her and safety. The deal is far from done as Lively has a conflict with Woody Allen's upcoming film, and may not be able to do both. [THR]
