An R-rated comedy starring Mila Kunis, T.J. Miller, Michael Pena, Susan Surandon, Bob Odenkirk, Danny McBride, David Koechner, JB Smoove, Nick Swardson, and Jennifer Coolidge? Other than Swardson that sounds pretty amazing. And it comes out in just a couple of months? Why hasn't there been more buzz about it? Oh...it's animated? Well that might explain it, as R-rated animated movies are not only rare but extremely hard to pull off. But that's what the folks behind Hell & Back hope to do, and the first trailer suggests it's looking to be as offensive and raunchy as possible.
Brought to you by the folks behind Robot Chicken and Bojack Horseman, fans of those shows may appreciate that the trailer begins with a masturbation joke and goes downhill from there. The story centers on three longtime best friends who swear a blood oath and get sucked into a portal to Hell. Wise men these guys aren't. Here's the synopsis:
